Reader Question: How do you do a hook kick?

In City of Angels, Rhea takes down a guy in an alley with a well-placed hook kick. One reader asked how a hook kick is done, and here is my reply. Hope you enjoy!

  2. We are all currently on our knees with our arms extended above our heads. We are now bending our heads and arms to the ground chanting, "We're not worthy"... Is there anything you can't do??!?!???!!?!

  9. I love the hook kick, I saw a Haidong master take a guy by the head w/ a hook kick and hold him there while he attacked the other guy. so cool, wish I could get mine to be that high. Sigh.

  11. Vegas- Good to know that Amazon has my books and is sending them out. Yay! And 206 miles? You're officially my hero! That is AWESOME! All I do is bike to work. Hardly strenuous :(

NMS- Let me know if you want stretches. I wasn't flexible FOREVER until someone showed me how to stretch. I like to pay it forward whenever I can.

Ali & E- *blush* Aw, thanks...
