March Madness Winners!!!

Thank you all for participating in my March Madness... and for patiently waiting until April 5th to learn who the winners are. Five days. I mean, come on! What took me so long?

So, without further ado, let's announce the souls whose reading habits will be supported by yours truly.

The winners are:
Most reviews posted: Chris (YAY! Congrats and thanks!)

And after a truly fierce game of eenie-meenie-miney-moe--no, kidding. I printed out all your names into hundreds of pieces of confetti and then forced someone else to pick a name, so I could ensure there was absolutely NO favoritism in the choosing of the winner.

And the random winner, chosen by a random person from a fully random dish someone bought for me at DI, is: Mindy.

Double YAY!

Congratulations to you both. Email me and let me know if you want you gift cards to be for Barnes & Noble or Amazon, and if you want a real gift card or an e-card.

So many choices, I know. Life's hard :)

And the Winner Is:

Okay, you all voted (or at least some of you did), and your favorite quote won by one vote. And since no one demanded a recount, I set to work to do what I promised to do: design the first giveaway that I'll be giving out this year.

If you recall, the winner was: "Been there. Done that. Got reincarnated for it."

For those of you who haven't read the original version of "City of Angels," this is the night shirt/tank Kay wears as a pajama top when she and Rhea are in college (just a random mention by Rhea, not an actual scene). And now, you can own it as well. I hope you like it, because while some people can't be trusted with a credit card and a mall in the same place, I can't be trusted near a designer or a printer with any amount of money. Designing shirts, cards, stickers, and other things that magically appear when you press print is my secret joy.

So welcome to my happy place, and thanks for playing with me there. But I warn you, if you encourage me in this area, the avalanche of items that may appear could be overwhelming.

Just sayin'.

So with no further ado, I now present your winner (which will initially be made into fun stickers and likely a journal if I can find any place in America who will make them the way I want them...):

For those of you who live in the Salt Lake area, the first time you can pick this up for free will be next Saturday, February 5th, at the B&N Authorpalooza at the South Towne location, from 1-4 pm. Totally hope to see you there :)

By ONE Vote

Who says your vote doesn't count?

The votes separating first, second, third and fourth places were all one vote. So by the hair of its chinny-chin chin, the winner is:

"Been there. Done that. Got reincarnated for it."

So watch out. The new notebook will be designed around that... and I think you'll like it. :)

And for those of you who voted for the three close runners up... I might just be inspired to have some fun with those too.

Until then, it's time to consult with my designer, Chris Brewer. So. Awesome. If you need an art job, he's the guy for you :):)

Can't wait to unveil what we come up with!

And the Winner Is:

I figured I would video myself pulling the name so you would all know there was no funny business about who won.

Congrats! Send me your mailing address and I'll get that necklace on its way :)
